Susan is the Head of Sales and Business Development. She has been in Business Development and a Senior Program Manager for almost 12 years at Alpine, and she has 20 years’ experience managing projects and programs. In this new role, she is very excited to work closely with new prospective clients, current clients, strategic partners, account managers, and solutions design experts to find the top-notch solutions to meet everyone’s needs.

Prior to joining Alpine, she worked in the training industry as an instructional designer and project manager. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pittsburg State University and a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ICE Credentialing Specialist. She has presented at multiple ATP Innovations in Testing and ICE conferences.
