Nemanja is a Psychometric Associate II here at Alpine and he holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago where he discovered a passion for psychometrics, job analysis, and assessments. Nemanja came to Alpine with experience from the world of HR where he assessed turnover, performance, and employee engagement using organizational surveys. He enjoys learning about different occupations and looks forward to interacting with diverse SME groups during the workshops he facilitates.
