Streamlined Implementation – Customized Help
Alpine uses the Agile (Scrum) methodology for client-led projects in CM Connect. The duration of each iteration of work—called a sprint—is 2 weeks. At the end of a sprint, work is moved from development to the beta environment for your review and approval before being pushed to the production environment. Our iterative process for development projects allows us to batch work together and perform regular check-ins to view progress and make required course corrections. You check in and review the work along the way during your implementation or when a multi-sprint project is complete. You can communicate with your assigned program manager as well as through Alpine’s client-shared workflow tool to manage tasks and track progress through completion.
Alpine’s approach offers a streamlined implementation process. Each program that onboards with CM Connect is initially provided with an implementation specialist and a program manager. The implementation manager and program manager work together with Alpine’s pool of technical resources to schedule and manage key implementation tasks. Once the implementation is complete, the program manager continues to support you as they become a specialist on the client program and provide support. Alpine’s program managers continue to work with you to gather any new or updated requirements. We prioritize your needs and let them drive the completed work as well as greatly influence the road map and direction that the product follows.
In addition to Agile methodology and a streamlined implementation process, our CM Connect team continues to support your program’s needs through a robust UI that allows you to own and manage your candidate portal, provide additional security through customized permissions based on an individual’s role within your organization, and deliver credential requirement management. (In addition to exams, this functionality can manage other relevant requirements needed to obtain a certification.)
