OREM, UT – April 15,2020 – Alpine Testing Solutions, Inc, (Alpine), an industry leader in test development, psychometric services and credential management, is pleased to announce that it has received third-party accreditation ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) from the International Standards Organization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

ISO 27001:2013 is an information security standard published in October 2013 by ISO, the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards, and IEC. Alpine’s certification was issued by A-lign, an independent, accredited certification body based in the United States upon successful completion of a formal audit process. This certification is evidence that Alpine has met these rigorous international standards. Alpine takes threats seriously to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Test Development & Psychometric Solutions and Credential Management services.

A-lign found Alpine to have technical controls in place and formalized IT Security policies and procedures. A-lign is an ISO / IEC 27001 certification body accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to perform ISMS 27001 certifications.  Alpine has implemented several security measures and countermeasures that protect it from unauthorized access or compromise and IT personnel were found to be conscientious and knowledgeable in best practices.

Compliance with this internationally recognized standard confirms that Alpine’s security management program is comprehensive and follows leading practices. The scope of our ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification includes:
