Jill is a Psychometrician on the IT Certification Services team. She actively participates in and presents at national conferences and holds leadership roles with professional organizations including AERA, ATP, and NCME . Prior to joining Alpine Testing Solutions she was: a Research Scientist at CTB/McGraw-Hill focusing on Alternate Assessments for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities; an adjunct professor teaching Introduction to Psychological Statistics at Kean University; and a Psychometrician at ETS® focusing on the SAT® program. She earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Research Methodology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her research interests include small sample analyses, security analyses, and analyses related to differing samples within a “singular” population. Getting to meet and work directly with clients is a real highlight of her position.
